Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll get an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We ship within the United States. Standard shipping usually arrives 3-7 business days after your order ships. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If you haven't received tracking info within 5 business days of ordering, contact us and we'll look into it.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you need to change your address, contact us right away, before your order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is with the carrier, delays are out of our hands, but we'll help however we can. If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos if damaged) and we'll make it right.

Please see our Return Policy for details on returns and exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
